Registration
You can choose to pay for your registration including the closing dinner (Rates “a”) or excluding it (Rates “b”).

Registration fees indicated below include:
- Conference registration fee and attendance to all sessions of the Congress
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome cocktail
- With closing dinner (reserved for Ateliers des Capucins)

Social events
Several social events (currently in preparation) are planned. Information will be published on the website as soon as bookings are confirmed.
Payment procedure and methods
There are several steps to registration:
- You must first determine the rate that corresponds to your situation on the ‘rates and registration details’ page.
- Then you need to apply for enrolment by filling in the ‘registration’ page with: your contact details, the rate corresponding to your situation, your days of presence. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt summarising your request.
- The organising committee will then check the rate.
- Once the rate has been validated, you will receive an e-mail asking you to proceed with payment. You will then need to log on again to the ‘My registration’ page to choose the payment method and proceed with payment.
Your registration will only be effective once payment has been made.
You can pay by:
- Online credit card (preferred payment)
- Bank transfer
- Order forms of University
